1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by MANTIS, based in Zagreb, Croatia (referred to below as "I", "me", or "MANTIS"). For questions about your personal data, contact: privacy@mantis-ops.com

2. What data I collect and why

When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect the following information:

• Name and email address: To identify you and respond to your enquiry
• Company name: To understand the business context of your enquiry (optional)
• Website URL: To review your tracking setup before responding
• CRM name: To assess technical fit (optional)
• Description of your tracking situation: To understand what you need help with (optional)

The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

3. How long I keep your data

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. If an engagement follows, data relevant to that engagement is kept for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years for accounting and legal purposes.

4. Who else sees your data

Your form submission is processed via n8n (n8n GmbH), which acts as a data processor on my behalf. n8n routes the data to my inbox and internal systems. n8n's privacy policy is available at n8n.io/legal/privacy.

I do not sell or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies and collect anonymised usage data. By continuing to use this site you consent to this. You can opt out via your browser's cookie settings or using Google's opt-out tools.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP)

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the contact form after changes constitutes acceptance.
